Job Description

Mining Training Officer needed for a leading mining company in Northern Cape!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mining Training Officer to Control instructors in his/her area, foster communication and build customer relationships, identify training needs, arrange for employees to attend required training, performing cost control, coaching and mentoring training personnel, undertake document control, moderation and record keeping and reporting to the supervisor . Ideally you will have a National Diploma in Occupational-directed ETD Practice, registered as an Assessor and Moderator with the MQA and a Blasting Certificate. A minimum of 5 years experience in the mining industry is essential.
