Mining Production Supervisor

Job Description

Hire Resolve is representing a Mining Company in Gabon in their search for a Production Supervisor.

This role is responsible to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the mining fleet and contractors working in the mining area during the shift.

This role requires: Minimum 5 years experience in an earthmoving environment; Supervision in an open cast production (mining or civil earthmoving) environment; Experience in operating construction equipment (Excavators, FEL’s, ADT’s, graders, water carts, track dozers). You will need a proven track record as a production operator, ideally with experience as an equipment trainer. Experience in production planning and scheduling and fleet monitoring is preferred. The ability to identify and eliminate hazards in the workplace. Fluency in French is essential whilst a working knowledge of English is desirable. Proficiency the MS Office suite of applications.
