Mine Production Manager

Job Description

Hire Resolve is representing a leading company that seeks a Mine Production Manager to join them.

This fantastic opportunity requires you to manage the execution of the mining and engineering processes and activities. Analysing process and asset performance trends against targets, conducting root cause analyses, liaising across interfaces in managing constraints and initiating corrective action and/or improvement opportunities in order to meet production targets in a cost-effective manner. As technical process owner and leader, to developing, maintaining and improving the Plant Production and Enterprise Asset Management Systems and processes, in keeping with industry best practices through auditing and benchmarking of the system. Identifying, implementing and improving best practise mining, engineering and operating strategies, standards, systems and monitoring mechanisms, to ensure the appropriate use of resources to achieve engineering and production goals, and identifying and managing risks within the Operations Department.
