Job Description
A top mining company in the North West is urgently seeking a Mine Design Engineer to join them in the New Year.
Candidates must have an MRM certificate and / or BSc Honours in mining/survey and / or National Higher Diploma in mining/survey and / or a B.Tech in mining/survey, at least 6 years adequate mining experience. Applicants must also have experience in Cadsmine, Microstation, Mine 24D and Datamine and be able to compile or audit wireframes and resource block models in a multiple reef horizon package.
Exposure to and / or understanding of mining techniques applicable to massive ore bodies (Long hole stoping and Drift mining) will be an advantage.
