Job Description

Then look no further…My client, a leader in the Web Development industry, that deals with blue chip companies such as the JSE, FNB, Hollard and Mweb, is urgently looking for an exceptional Mid PHP/Front-End Developer to join their team ASAP!
Requirements:
2 -3 years solid working experience
Relevant Degree/Diploma
An understanding of the full website development lifecycle from concept to final production.
The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with experience to back up your decisions and viewpoints.
Problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in XHTML/CSS and Javascript (we use the Jquery framework).
Working knowledge of PHP and templating (ExpressionEngine/Wordpress preferable).
At least two years’ agency experience (that is, working with a team of people to produce a website).
How you develop yourself professionally on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
You’re going to have to pick up on old code produced by other designers and re-factor it, maintain existing websites and build new ones using frameworks such as Jquery, 960.gs and ExpressionEngine.
You will be expected to interact on a daily basis with designers, journalists and developers
