Job Description

A challenging opportunity exists for an aspiring Manager: Engineering in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will manage the overall performance of the plant and equipment ensuring maximum availability and efficiency to achieve production targets. You will manage a team of Maintenance Engineers /Supervisors /Technicians and be accountable for delivering results. You will be able to coach and develop the Maintenance Engineering staff and foster positive and productive working relationships between team members and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning and procurement of spare parts and inventory control; and you will be responsible for the development and management of the engineering team. You must have a Degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering, Strong Heavy equipment maintenance management experience in the Mining industry (10 years and above) and with buying experience back ground (minimum 2 years).
