A Maintenance Manager has the opportunity to permanently join a leading Property Developer in Cape Town. Suitable candidates must have proficient knowledge of the following areas: maintenance planning and administration, building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and ventilation systems, inspection procedures and experience in project management is essential.
The candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
• Manage maintenance and repairs to commercial / residential units
• Maintain the general administration of the maintenance program
• Maintain standards of conduct
• Be respectful
• Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Demonstrate sound work ethics
• Be consistent and fair
• Service orientation
