Job Description
Learning and Development Manager needed for a leading finance company in Johannesburg!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to facilitate core learning programs, facilitate formal and informal workshops, design and facilitate Talent programs, to drive EYU across the firm, to drive the performance management strategy and ongoing up skilling of counselors in strong management and coaching skills. Ideally you will be a registered Industrial Psychologist. A minimum of 5 years experience working in a L & D function in a finance environment is essential. BBBEE is applicable.
