Job Description

A leading Digital Consultancy in CT is urgently looking for a Junior- Mid Digital Account Manager to join their vibrant and exciting young team.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3+ years Account Management experience

Experience in the online / digital / brand agency environment

Experience in managing online projects

Experience in dealing with clients (account, brand & marketing managers)

Working knowledge of basic Internet technologies (HTML, CSS)

Photoshop skills would be advantageous

Knowledge of CMS products like Umbraco, Wordpress CMS etc would be advantageous

Good understanding of Online Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Social Media knowledge and prior experience (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

Email marketing experience using bulk mail email platforms would be advantageous

Online project management tools like Basecamp would be advantageous

Duties:

As Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of online client accounts, being the primary point of contact between the client and Company. You will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of the client account: operationally, creatively and financially.
