Minimum Requirements:

Experience in front-end and back-end web development, Object Orientated Programming, Java, Servlet/JSP, JDBC, Apache Tomcat, JSON/XML/Web Services, PHP, Ruby

Databases (Postgres, MSSQL), Java Script (using JQuery, Prototype or other libraries)

Linux and Windows Server experience

Social API's: Facebook, Flikr, Linked, Facebook App development

Large scale web applications

Mobile app development (Android, IPhone)

Experience:

Building of online apps with both

System design/architecture

Personal Attributes:

Attention to detail

Good communication skills
