Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description

One of our clients based in Limpopo is seeking the services of a Control and Instrumentation Engineer (Programming). To enhance the capability of their operations in specific control disciplines such as advanced process control (APC), distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).You must demonstrate, proven extensive programming competency and experience in:

• Allen Bradley – RS Logics 5000

• Modicon Momentum – Ladder Logic (Modsoft)

• Modicon Quantum – Ladder Logic (Modsoft)

• SCADA – In touch (Wonder ware)

• SCADA – RS view (Allan Bradley)

• ABB DCS Freelance (AC800F) will be advantageous

You must have a National Diploma/N6 in Control and Instrumentation, Government Certificate of Competence (GCC) for Works and Factories or registration with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) will be advantageous and at least 8 years experience.
