Information System Analyst (SAP SD)

Job Description

We are urgently looking for an IS Analyst with a wealth of skills and knowledge in SAP SD. Amongst other responsibilities, this position requires some who is able to conduct requirements gathering, facilitation of business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, testing, and end- user support. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively address problems and troubleshooting project/business issues

• Provide technical direction and leadership in promoting and implementing best practice solutions (Business Processes and SAP functionality)

• Ensure standard global processes are followed (e.g. Incident Management, Release Management and Configuration Management)

• Good hands-on capability- can independently develop good quality deliverable and guide/mentor junior team members effectively

• SD configuration of sales order types, item category determination, variant configuration, copy control, pricing, revenue recognition, ATP check, shipment and delivery, pricing procedures, Sales, Delivery, and Billing document types, Pricing, Partner Determination and Output types, Special Business Processes in sales like Consignment stock Processing, Third Party Order processing, Direct store delivery, and Returnable packaging.

Qualifications:

• 6 years Business and Information Services experience, ideally with SAP

• Expert knowledge of the SAP SD modules and good understanding of the integration points between SD/MM/FI/CO

• Proven project management capabilities

• Relevant degree.
