Job Description

Hire Resolve is urgently looking for a Human Resource Officer for a client based in the North West.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Administrating Recruitment and personal

• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

• Handling grievances and disciplinary enquiries

• Performing ad hoc duties as and when requested

A relevant HR / Industrial Psychology degree or any relevant qualification is required.

A minimum of 8 yrs experience as an HR generalist in a corporate environment is required; at least 3 should be in the mining industry.

Knowledge of legislation, HR systems and processes is not negotiable.
