Human Resource Training & Development Manager needed for a leading construction company in Johannesburg!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR training and Development Manager to lead, manage and develop multiple dedicated delivery teams across various sites through observation, coaching and robust development planning to provide world class, innovative delivery and facilitation, work with the Learning Partners, design manager and learning operation to ensure that a consistent approach to learning diagnosis and demand planning is managed. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate B.Comm or HR Degree together with a relevant Educational diploma. A minimum of 8 years experience as HR learning & development specialist in a construction environment is essential.
