Job Description
HRD Manager needed for a leading mining company in Northern Cape!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HRD Manager to implement the learning and development strategy for the company, manage the execution of the end-to-end integrated learning plan, ensure the development and management of learning and development policies and procedures, talent management, training material development and implementing transformation and change initiatives. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources/ or Industrial Psychology. A minimum of 8 years experience as HRD Manager in a base metals mining environment is essential. BBBEE is applicable.
