Human Resource Consultant needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource Consultant to perform duties in recruiting and staffing, organizational and space planning, performance management and improvement systems, organization development, employee orientation, development, and training, policy development and documentation, employee relations, company-wide committee facilitation, company employee communication, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health and employee services and counseling. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Psychology or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years experience as HR Consultant/Generalist in a mining environment is essential.
