Job Description
Human Capital Manager needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Capital Manager to develop and manage HC-related strategies, finance management, people management, staffing, training and development, talent management, employee relations, HC administration, performance management and employee wellness. Ideally you will have a relevant Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Psychology and/or HR related field. A minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role on managerial level in the mining environment is essential.
