Hire Resolve is searching for an HR Officer to join a large pharmaceutical client of ours in Gauteng. The successful candidate will hold a Degree or Diploma in HR along with a Payroll certificate. No less than 5 years’ experience performing duties such as assistance to the finance team- various tasks; liaison with India regarding payroll and leave; maintaining of company documents (Organogram, Medical Aid, Provident Fund); Pastel or VIP payroll (optional); access Control management and reports; Ad hoc tasks by the line manager; appraisals, maintenance of appraisal templates and completed appraisal records; corporate Social Responsibility; staff attendance (Leave Records); member of the body corporate; recruitment - the entire recruitment process and related activities (including New Staff forms, Resigned Staff); Telephone billing system, Time Management System; maintenance of Training Records for each department; typing of legal documents and filing of legal contracts physically and electronically; amongst others.
