Group Procurement Officer

Job Description

Hire Resolve is looking for a Group Procurement Officer.

The following successful incumbent will assist the group contract department in contributing towards the cost effective and successful operation of contract procurement and meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in tendering and contract maintenance. Required experience is a pre-requisite

• Minimum 2 years experience in contract writing would be an advantage

• Procurement tertiary qualification

• Ability to liaise with executive management, contractors and legal representatives

• Good negotiation skills

• Experience in handling price increases, indices checks, market research and industry analysis

• Experience in compiling professional tender documents and relevant special conditions

• Contract maintenance

• Ability to analyse and compile cost comparisons

• Computer literate in MS Office package

• Must be able to work under pressure
