A large insurance company is currently looking to employ a Group Financial Manager. The candidate must be a qualified CA (SA) with min 5 years experience in a Managerial role. The successful candidate will have to perform the following duties Authorisation of general ledger month end journals, Review of monthly Balance Sheets and Income Statements for management packs, Review monthly commentary on Income Statements and Balance Sheets variances for management packs, Preparation & Review of annual budgets and forecasts, Preparation of reports using Excel, Great Plains, FRX and PM10, Perform any Ad hoc requests and projects including financial modeling, Assistance with technical, audit or accounting queries.
