Job Description
Governance - Company Secretarial opportunity with leading insurance company.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the daily implementation and coordination of assigned statutory secretarial functions for select business units /boards within the company and its' subsidiaries and associates and work in conjunction with the Assistant Company Secretary in the facilitation and co-facilitation of various board meetings and in the effective problem solving and relationship building with business partners.
LLB Degree / BCom Degree, Part CIS.
