Hire Resolve is representing a leading company that seeks a General Manager to join them.

This fantastic opportunity requires you to lead a team of senior managers for different disciplines in the operation. Set and deliver on production targets as well as safety occupational health and environment targets. Implement and maintain appropriate systems for health and safety of all employees and contractors on the operations. Take full responsibility for the overall performance of the operation, support stakeholders engagement and other corporate governance matters as well as support of company’s strategy on transformation and achievement of set EE targets. Maintain appropriate level of professional competence at the operation.
