• Min 2 year exp. doing first line (compulsory)
• CISCO Certificate :CCNA & CCNP (compulsory)
• Role will include:
• Network troubleshooting
• Fault management
• Basic configurations enabling and correction,
• Communications with the client
• Computer literacy
• Monitoring and logging calls management
• Vendor management
• Device replacement
