Job Description

A leading manufacturer, based in Montague Gardens, is currently seeking a Financial Administrator with strong “debt collecting” skills.


Must have a minimum of at least 4 years experience in: foreign debtors, local debtors, packaging stock, invoicing, handling petty cash, BIS System Maintenance, MS Excel 2003 , MS Access (preferable), Pastel V9


Personnel and departmental human relations

• Good labour practice

• Company policy and procedure compliance

• Maintain discipline


• Foreign debtors, local debtors, MIDP requirements, Export administration, export Invoicing, internal invoicing, MIDP Bill of Materials, BIS System Maintenance, sales commission


• Invoicing, distribution of incoming faxes, daily document filing , sorting of incoming post, document control and financial administration, petty cash
