Engineering Service Superintendent

Job Description

A leading company in the mining industry located in the Limpopo region is in search of a driven and ambitious Engineering Service Superintendent. The role will involve managing and controlling maintenance activities, focusing on the optimum utilisation of plant availability, shutdowns and expansion.

The successful candidate must be in possession of a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, GCC in Factories, and 8 years experience in a heavy industry, preferably ferro-alloy. Experience on rotary kiln, submerged arc, furnace maintenance and electrical high-tension systems will be an added advantage.

Excellent managerial, communication, organisational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a broad-spectrum environment will seal the deal.
