Job Description

Hire Resolve is representing a Gold mine company looking for an engineering manager. The position entails management of personnel, health & safety standards, and ensuring maintenance targets are met. It also includes ensuring the effective availability & utilization of trackless equipment, and ensuring that all equipment conforms to legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Successful candidate will have a relevant engineering diploma/degree (Mechanical or Electrical), a GCC, and at least 5yrs experience in a trackless environment as engineer.

Must be declared medically fit & pass heat tolerance screening test.

Proven track record in mechanised mining with associated planned maintenance, fleet standardisation, and fleet replacement strategies will be advantageous, as will registration with ECSA.
