Job Description
Employee Relations Superintendent needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Employee Relations Superintendent to perform duties ER strategies, policies and procedures, sound employment practices in accordance with relevant labour legislation, have a strong employee relations focus, proven knowledge of South African labour legislation, and exposure to CCMA proceedings and Labour Court cases. Ideally you will have a relevant Degree/ National Diploma in Industrial Relations and or Labour Relations. A minimum of 5 years experience in a mining environment is essential.
