Job Description
Employee Relations Officer needed for a leading gaming and entertainment company in Cape Town!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Employee Relations Officer to perform duties promoting harmonious workplace relations and sound employment practices in accordance with relevant labour legislation and the company’s policies and procedures, have a strong employee relations focus, proven knowledge of South African labour legislation, and exposure to CCMA proceedings. Ideally you will have a relevant HR Degree and/or Labour Relations. A minimum of 5 years experience in a entertainment/service environment is essential. BEE candidates only need apply.
