Employee Relations Manager needed for a leading finance company in Gauteng!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ER Manager to chair and prosecute disciplinary inquiries, policy legislation, coaching and training in regards to company policies and procedures, represent the company at the CCMA and coordinate and conduct grievance procedures. Ideally you will have a National Diploma/Degree in HR/Labour Relations and a minimum of 8 years experience in ER.
