Job Description

A leading mining house with offices based in the hub of Gauteng is looking for an exceptional candidate to join their team as Employee Relations Leader.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position must have a relevant HR Degree/ B Tech degree as well as a minimum of 8 years experience in HR in a mining environment (essential), 4 years of which must be at a management level in IR. Good knowledge of CCMA processes and procedures is essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating employee relations processes at a business level, co-ordinate grievance and discipline handling, negotiate with trade unions as well as provide professional ER advice.
