Job Description

A vacancy exists with an Engineering Consulting firm in the Buildings & Structures Sector

Main Responsibilities

- Oversee projects from inception to close-out

- Preparation of electrical designs and specifications

- Contract administration, construction monitoring and liaison with clients and project team

- Business development responsibilities

- Financial, Quality and Utilization management

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience

- BSc Electrical Engineering degree

- Pr Eng registration with ECSA,

- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the field of building services

- Project management experience

- Knowledge of building and construction regulations

- Business Development experience is essential
