Divisional Manager: Finance and Administration

|Education||Bachelors' Degree, CA(SA) and Management & Cost Accounting will be advantageous|
|Experience||5 Years Managerial Experience in Finance & Administration|
The incumbent will need to manage the logistics and financial functions within the Department.
Coordinate the administration of the Dockyard's Procurement, Inventory, Assets and Finance Divisions.
Form part of the Executive Management of the Dockyard, with the following responsibilities:
- Management of the Division and Asset Management
- Development and Implementation of Administrative, Financial and Managerial Systems
- Ensure Financial viability through Cash Flow Practices and Production Cost calculations
- Maintain and Develop an effective, economical and efficient Management System
Good Management Skills are essential, Good leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, analytical & organisational skills. Experience in Developing and Managing a Financial and Business Plan will be advantageous
