• Knowledge of Adobe CS applications and Mac OS

Job Responsibilities:

• To come up with strategies, plan, manage and implement all social media activities and calendars

• Plan social ideas for achieving the business objectives for the various brands.

• Ensure all campaigns are socially aligned

• Advise on the development of social media applications and promotions.

• Present to and liaise with clients and suppliers

• Stay abreast of current industry trends and technology, creating and updating quarterly reviews

• Research ideas and study successful competitors campaigns and report on these findings

• Develop monthly content plans

• Obtain content and design of posts

• Daily community management for brands

• Respond appropriately to user comments and queries with client’s approval and assistance.

• Monthly store visits and reporting required to review brands and opposition brands in order to keep social media relevant to offline marketing and clients

• Give strategic direction through community insights, idea generation and trend analysis

• Pro-actively manage social media communities, creating, writing and reviewing content plans, managing moderation and escalation processes with client and measuring performance and reporting

• Meet with clients monthly with reports, calendars and ideas on how to improve the performance of the platforms

• Content creation - Research and copywriting required for newsletters, blogs, articles, communication materials and website content

• Customer relations – offer support to the clients, communicate with clients and ensure client satisfaction

• Responsible for proof reading and proof checking all content in the company before being distributed to client

• Manage marketing’s PR, and digital platforms and campaigns and other strategically relevant online properties in order to grow the company’s presence

• Execute work in a timely manner; meet all deadlines whilst producing quality and accurate work

• Assist management with any further requirements
