Design Authority – SAP HR

Job Description

This global Manufacturer is currently in the market for a Senior SAP HR Resource to fill the roll of Design Authority. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience as a member of a Project Implementation Team in order to reach the level of expertise is expected. Advanced skills and knowledge are necessary in the following SAP HCM Modules: Personnel Administration, Organisation Management and Payroll

Responsibilities:

• Assume lead role in the design authority of SAP HR, ensuring standards are defined and maintained through appropriate governance and controls.

• Provide design solutions to meet business and project requirements ensuring these are consistent with the defined standards & architecture.

• Act as key partner to Demand IT and Solution Delivery to assure delivery of solutions is consistent with global design standards, thereby assuring the robustness of the solutions.

• Advocate stringent application change control and documentation to maintain quality of solution design.

Qualifications and Experience:

Technical Skills

• Strong Solution architecture design experience

• Implementation experience of SAP HR in R/3 and/or mySAP product suite

• Experience within a Global multinational company operating a multi SAP R/3 landscape

• Sound knowledge in HR business processes

• Good understanding of system integration with multiple platforms

• Sound experience in project management

• Understand the impact to support and TCO of system changes.

• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

• Manage key stakeholders expectation effectively

• Proactive and firm to create and maintain solution design
