Data Scientist – Johannesburg

Job Description

One of our long-standing clients in the Information Technology industry is currently looking for a Data Scientist, based at their offices in Johannesburg.

Education and Experience Required:

• BSc Honours in Data Mining or Statistics or Mathematical Statistics or Applied Mathematics, or BSc in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Data Science capacity (data mining, statistical modelling or mathematical modelling);

• 3 Years’ Experience with SQL and SAS
