Qualifications:

4 Year Tertiary Qualification – MBA or (Food Science and Technology or Engineering)

10 years experience with the Bottling/Food Processing Industry

5 years in a Manufacturing Management role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Draft & implement Country manufacturing strategy

Formulate & manage budgets / cost

Ensure forecasting accuracy

Formulate and execute demand plans

Manage working capital

Ensure optimum infrastructure capacity and efficiency

Manage staff

Manage projects

Manage Country factory assets

Maintain the company’s quality systems and processes (TCCQS & HACCP)

Manage SHEQ

Manage the manufacturing processes (bottling and canning) for Namibia

Accountabilities exclude the Customer Services function
