Job Description

Hire Resolve is searching for a candidate whom suits all the requirements to join a large engineering client of ours. The successful candidate will have 10-15 years’ experience in a construction or mechanical environment on large projects (please detail these). A relevant HR qualification will be expected along with negotiation skills dealing with Trade Unions and organised labour; experience in union management and handling large strike actions, a great track record in dispute resolutions and representing and defending cases at the CCMA, CDR or MEIBC. This position will base the candidate in Gauteng with an array of duties and responsibilities.
