Job Description
To provide objective, focused and practical expert advice and solutions (with the input of local and international advisors).
Minimum Requirements:
CA(SA)
CFA or similar qualification
HDip Tax or HDip International Tax
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the reviewing of, analysis and evaluation of group-wide investments, acquisitions and disposals to ensure that they are consistent with the concerns group strategy, the reviewing of, analysis and evaluation of the economic viability of group-wide investments, acquisitions, and disposals and review of, drafting of exchange control applications with respect to cross-border transactions.
