Job Description
Corporate Finance - Valuations
As the successful candidate you will work with the acquisition and Sale Fairness Opinions, investments, Capital Raising, Management Buyouts, Inter-Shareholder Transactions and Valuations for Goodwill Impairment (IAS 36).
