Contract Specialist –Supply Chain Management

Job Description

A leading mining company in Limpopo is searching for an exceptional Contract specialist in Supply Chain Management.

Applicants must have a BComm/ BComm Law degree with 5 years supply chain and contract management experience in the mining sector as well as experience in commercial law.

The successful incumbent will have knowledge in tender process, commercial and financial evaluation of tenders, procurement process, drafting of contracts, risk management, project management, MS Office, SAP, conflict resolution skills, negotiating and presentation skills, BBBEE frameworks and competition regulations. The successful applicant will further be responsible for contract life- cycle management, compiling enquiry documents, and the commercial and financial evaluation of tenders.
