Job Description
A leading mining house is in search for a Company Secretary to join its operations. The suitable candidate must have a BComm, LLB and an advanced Business Management qualification. Must have a minimum of 15 years experience, knowledge of JSE listed companies, Companies Act, 2008, Bee Legislation and Mining Charter amongst other things. You must display leadership qualities and a drive for results.
