One of our clients, based in Cape Town, is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Claims Consultant to join their team.
You will be required to aim for minimisation of claims and claims expenses, ensure that all stakeholder communication is correct, timeous, professional and applicable, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensure and contribute to achieving the client satisfaction targets, adhere to company standards (incl. SLA’s) and procedures, contribute towards and ensure continuous improvement, adhere to company mandates, report any suspected fraud, misrepresentation and/or dishonesty, compile and generate reports, ensure continuous self-development, share information and knowledge with the team
A few requirements for the position:
• RE 5
• FAIS appropriate qualification/credits
• 3 years claims experience (Personal Lines and Commercial)
