Job Description

One of our clients is currently looking for a Claims Clerk to join their team in Cape Town.

Some of your duties will include, Register claims and appoint assessors, Manage claims in terms of claims SLA, Negotiate settlement, Manage the re-claim process, Detection and management of fraud, Detailed and timeous feedback to relevant parties, Prompt handling and feedback on complaints


• Matric (NQF 4)

• Minimum of 60 credits of which at least 30 credits should be Commercial

• Regulatory Exam Level 1

• Claims experience within the short-term insurance industry
