Change Control Consultant

We are in search of an experienced Change Control resource for a Permanent role based in Cape Town. This role will entail managing the process of Change Control, ensuring that any request for change (RFC) within the Client’s IT infrastructure is effectively managed and implemented with minimal risk to the business
• Ensuring all change requests are recorded
• Ensuring the timeously approval of changes
• Ensuring that the necessary testing of the request has been done
• Risk and Impact assessment of all changes
• Ensuring that all changes are implemented with minimal impact to the business
Qualifications and Experience:
• 4+ years exposure to the IT function, preferably in service delivery
• Exposure to ITIL standards an advantage
• Energetic and authoritative
• Good time, deadline and follow up management.
• Good interaction with people at all levels.
