The ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record in programming and has completed projects to brag about - using C#, .Net, Ajax and JavaScript.
You need to be fastidious about methodology, design/planning and documenting code as well as being able to program, debug and bundle upgrades and programs and able to work unsupervised.
