Business Solutions Manager
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R450K-R550K
A well know bank based in the North of Johannesburg is currently looking for an Intermediate Business Solutions Manager to be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the respective product outputs on projects within the time and cost estimates to achieve the project objectives.
Requirements:
Strong negotiating skills on all levels.
Good understanding of IT solutions and process analysis
Project management experience would be advantages
Interaction skills (Relationship-building, Networking, Persuading, Influencing, Negotiating)
Presentation skills (Vocal fluency, Expression, Project credibility, Ability to speak with skill and confidence, Respond quickly to needs of the audience)
Strong computer literacy skills.
Strong sales experience in a business and/or corporate environment.
Transactional banking experience.
Track record in creativity and innovation
Duties:
To grow the company’s overall market share by targeting key strategic clients.
Improve the company’s primary banker status and share of wallet by providing value adding business solutions based on an understanding of the client’s business including process, operations, finance and IT systems.
