Job Description

An exceptionally talented Business Relationship Manager is wanted for a role with an exciting development company in the CPT area. The client is looking for go-getter problem solver to join their talented tight-knit team!


• Business case planning and evaluation

• Strong focus on sales

• Presenting forthcoming product developments and new products and securing deals

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients

• Defining project scope, goals, resource requirements and deliverables

• Leading the planning and implementation of projects

• Co-ordinating project execution by working with IT resources on overseeing API integrations / working with Configuration teams to ingest content / liaising on marketing campaigns

• Planning and supporting sales and marketing strategies and activities

• Managing project budget

• Constantly monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to the business head

• Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

• Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

• Reviewing and collating financial statements and data. Utilizing data to analysing success or failures improve profitability

• Improving processes in support of department’s goals

• Monitoring performance and implementing improvements

• Ensuring quality of products

• Assisting in the development of strategic plans for operational activity

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years proven working experience

• Qualification in sales & marketing, project management, business management or equivalent

• Direct work experience in business relationship management capacity

• Mobile industry experiences a bonus

• Proven experience in people management and client relations

• Proven experience in sales and client account management

• Proven experience in strategic planning & implementation
