Business Development Manager (Corporate Finance)

Job Description

Business Development Analyst (Corporate Finance).

The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for taking a leading role in the full range of corporate finance activities. The Corporate Finance Manager will focus primarily on managing the mergers and acquisitions processes in the group. The role will also be responsible for guiding and overseeing the work of internal and external advisers, formulating recommendations, leading investment appraisal activity and other analysis in support of group planning and decision making.
