Business Analyst

Job Description

One of our clients an exciting and fast growing ISP seeking a Business Analyst. This person will identify opportunities, weaknesses and build business solutions to attain business objectives, enhance operational efficiencies and plan for seamless business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in business analysis with a proven track record

2+ years’ work experience in IT

Understanding of Enterprise level business operations

Enterprise architecture knowledge and experience

Basic Project management exposure

Business Process Analysis/Engineering experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analysis of the current business environment, strategies, architecture through "Top-down" and "bottom-up", as well as researching industry trends (gap/impact analysis etc...).

Identify, understand and document business requirements and processes.

Propose and document process improvements and architecture.

Define business rules and guide the implementation of these rules in the development.

Determine and build a suitable solution to business needs/requirements working closely with a variety of specialists and project managers.

Research, document and prepare business cases on appropriate technologies to align the business strategies and ensuring alignment to the target architecture.

Define scope of solution and ensure understanding of scope by business users.

Understand, document and escalate project risks and assist with project plan.
