Business Analyst

Location: Johannesburg

Salary: R40k-R30k

A well-known bank is currently looking for a Business Analyst to start as soon as possible on contract bases to analyses, documents and updates business/functional requirements for products processes, procedures and/or systems.

Requirement:

3 Years banking industry

Related Degree

MS Visio, UML

Understanding of mainframe, server, PC systems as well as data networks

Knowledge of a business process mapping tool

Duties:

Understand both business and IT functions and compile business requirements documentation

Compile the business case together with the business sponsor

Compile the functional specification document required for specific enhancements and new functions

Analyze business and/or technical problems relating to the acquiring infrastructure and provide recommendations and solutions

Documenting business process requirements through research, interviews or facilitation sessions.
